Advanced smoothie recipe

 Hey guys! A few weeks ago I shared a basic smoothie recipe to easily transition into the “green way of life”. Below are all the ingredients I use in my smoothie more advanced smoothie. The main advantage of using this smoothie recipe is that it has more ingredients and therefore, more advantages. The transition can be hard, so try to ease yourself in.

My smoothie recipe:          

  • Handful of arugula
  •  1/4 of a large carrot
  • 1/4 of an apple
  •  Small piece of broccoli
  • 1/4 of a paprika
  • 3 baby tomatoes or 1 medium-sized tomato     
  • 3 dried dates
  • 1/4 to 1 full banana (for sweetness)     
  • 5 leaves of basil
  • 5 to 10 grapes
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds                  

Add all the ingredients into a blender with 1 to 2 cups of water. I drink this smoothie every morning. It will leave you feeling energized and ready for the day. It will not only benefit your energy, but it will also help your hair, skin, and nails. Enjoy!
