Hi guys! The next tip I would like to share with you my green smoothies. Every morning I drink a green smoothie. It is a very simple thing to do that will transform the way you feel and look. You will feel way more energized and ready to conquer the day. The recipe below is the basic recipe every beginner should start with.
- 3/4 of a carrot
- 1/2 of an apple
- 1/2 of a kale leave
- 1/2 of a bell pepper
- 2 parsley leaves Banana is an optional step however it will make the smoothie sweeter. Add all the ingredients into the blender and fill it up halfway with water. I guarantee you will feel extremely different after a week of doing this. I will be sharing my more extensive recipe in one of my next posts. I encourage you to try this.
