Immune boosting juice

Hi Guys. Today I will be sharing a immune boosting juice that is great for times like these. The best way to boost your immune system is by incorporating vegetables into your diet. This juice is like a nutrients shot full of vitamins and minerals. Run the following ingredients through a juicer.

  • 3 carrots
  • 1 beet
  • 3 celery sticks
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 1/2 apples
  • a small piece of ginger
  • two handfuls of red cabbage

This juice is great on its own however if you want to really boost your immune system try adding a small amount of garlic into it. Garlic has properties that help fight germs.
