Energizing Juice

This juice is great for a rainy day like today to give you a burst of energy and motivation. Making this juice will take no more than 10min however it will show great results. I am sure you will notice a difference ibn how you feel. Start by running the following fruits and vegetables through a juicer.

  • 1 beet
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 celery sticks
  • 1cm of ginger
  • 2 apples
  • 1cm slice of red cabbage
  • 5 leaves of basil (optional)

If after trying the juice and you would like it to be sweeter, add a slice of pineapple. Carrots and cucumbers have great benefits for the skin. Beets are also antibacterial. Hopefully, you will find this juice as energizing, quick and easy as me.
