Beetroot Hummus

Do you ever wonder if hummus could be made from something other than chickpeas? Today’s recipe is something new that people didn’t know you could make!

Roasted Beet Hummus + Video - Half Baked Harvest

Ingredients: One cup of cooked chickpeas, a bunch of parsley, one large, cooked beetroot, two tablespoons of tahini paste, lemon juice, three spoons of olive oil, and salt, as well as a blender.

First, cut the beets into small cubes before blending. Place all of the ingredients into the blender. Make sure it is all mixed well together. If you would like to, add things you think might be missing in the taste. Once you blend everything, put into a bowl and put it into the fridge. Wait for about 10-20 minutes, and you have your hummus!
