Ingredients: One kg of tomatoes, 500 grams of peaches, one red onion, one clove of garlic, one tablespoon of wine vinegar, 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil, few tablespoons of water, and salt.

Directions: Wash the tomatoes and cut them crosswire on the bottom. Move them into a large bowl and pour boiling water over them. After five minutes, take the tomatoes and peel of the skin. Wash the peaches cut them into halves and take the seed out. Peel and chop the garlic and onion. Place the tomatoes, peaches, garlic, and onion into a blender. Add vinegar, olive oil, water, and salt. Make sure to mix the ingredients until smooth. Later cool the soup in the refrigerator. You can serve the gazpacho with cherry tomatoes and herbs if you like.
