Blueberry buns

In celebration of European mothers day, which is today, I will be sharing this quick and delicious recipe that surely anyone can make without being a master of the kitchen.

Dough Ingredients: 20g of fresh yeast, 150ml of buttermilk, 50ml of water, 3 eggs, 120g of sugar, 600g of flour, 150g of butter(melted), 250g of blueberries

Crumble ingredients: 100g of flour, 70g of butter, 70g of sugar, pinch of salt

Directions: Combine the yeast, buttermilk, water, sugar, and salt. Mix this thoroughly either by hand or preferably with a kitchen aid mixer. When the dough looks like it is slowly coming together, add the melted butter. Next leave the dough aside for 2 hours to rise. In meanwhile combine all the ingredients to make the crumble and place it into the fridge. After the time is up, transfer the dough into a baking pan that is around the size of 30×25. Sprinkle it with blueberries and let it sit and rise for an additional 40min. Sprinkle it with the crumble and bake at 380F for 40-60min.
