Papaya smoothie

Papaya is a great natural source of vitamins and minerals such as A, B12, C, E, K, potassium, magnesium, zinc, and iron. It is also considered as the number 1 fruit in preventing breast cancer. This is why papaya will be the main ingredient in today’s summer-ready, and fruity smoothie. This not only tastes delicious but also smells wonderful. Start by placing all the following ingredients into a blender.

  • 1 cut-up papaya
  • 1 kiwi
  • a handful of blueberries
  • 1 tbsp of coconut shavings
  • 1/2 a cup of coconut milk
  • You can also add 4 leaves of mint for freshness and 1 banana to compliment the papaya, however, this is optional.

Blend all this together and enjoy this summer-ready recipe. This recipe is definitely one of my personal favorites during the summertime.
